Benefits

Associates who work an average of 30 hours per week for the calendar year may apply for Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability insurance benefits. You must elect or decline coverage within 31 days of your start date. Coverage is effective the first day of the following month from when the forms are signed and dated.

Health Insurance

Health benefits are self funded by the Archdiocese and claims are administered by The Epoch Group. Santa Marta pays 60% of monthly premiums and Associates pay 40% through a payroll deduction. We offer mail order prescription drugs and free lab testing through Quest Diagnostics.

Dental Insurance

Dental benefits are self funded by the Archdiocese and claims are administered by the Epoch Group. We offer the flexibility to seek treatment from any provider!

Vision Insurance

Vision benefits are offered through Vision Service Plan (VSP).

Basic Life & Disability

Basic Life and Disability are offered as a package. This includes life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, spouse and children life insurance, and short-and-long term disability. The monthly cost is determined on your annual salary.

403(b)

Our retirement plan provider is offered through Nationwide and you are eligible to participate after one year of service. Santa Marta will match 50% of your contribution, up to a total of 6%.
