Kansas City area Continuing Care Retirement Community in Olathe
What We Offer
Santa Marta is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) sponsored by the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas. Our 45-acre campus is located across from St. Thomas Aquinas High School on 116th Street in Olathe, Kansas, close to Overland Park and Kansas City.
Opened in the November of 2007, Santa Marta provides adults over age 62 Tuscan-inspired private villas and apartment homes in an exclusive setting. Residents enjoy a full range of services and amenities, including a full health care continuum, maintenance-free living, two full-service dining venues, heated underground parking, a chapel, library, arts and crafts studio, and a fitness and aquatic center.
Santa Marta’s health care continuum offers three levels of care, including 40 assisted living apartments, 28 memory support suites and 50 skilled nursing suites. These services are available both as part of the full continuum of care for our residents and for the community-at-large on a private-pay basis.
