What We Offer
Santa Marta is a CCRC (continuing care retirement community) sponsored by the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas. Our 45-acre campus for senior living in Olathe, KS is located across from St. Thomas Aquinas High School on 116th Street, a location close to Overland Park, KS within the greater Kansas City area.
Opened in November of 2007, Santa Marta is a Life Care retirement community in Olathe, KS that provides adults over age 62 Tuscan-inspired private villas and apartment homes in an exclusive setting. Residents enjoy a full range of services and amenities, including a full health care continuum, maintenance-free living, two full-service dining venues, heated underground parking, a chapel, library, arts and crafts studio, and a fitness and aquatic center.
In addition to independent living, Santa Marta also offers health care continuum with three levels of living, including 40 assisted living apartments, 28 memory support suites and 50 skilled nursing suites. These services are available both as part of the full continuum for our Residents and for the community at large on a private-pay basis.
